										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Velik broj ljudi, a nažalost sve više mladih, danas hoda pogrbljeno. Možda i sebe nekad uhvatiš s pogrbljenim držanjem ili pogrbljenim hodom, a ako ti se to često događa, možda trebaš poraditi na tome.</p>
<p>Pogrbljenost može uzrokovati ozbiljne probleme s mobilnošću, bol u tijelu, ali i ozbiljne probleme s kostima i probleme u starosti. Loše držanje mladih generacija nije veliko iznenađenje, s obzirom na to da smo svi uglavnom na mobitelima i za računalom cijeli dan. Još jedna posljedica toga je takozvani „nerd neck“, odnosno kada nam je vrat previše izdužen prema naprijed.</p>
<p>Dobra vijest je da se sve može poboljšati ili čak potpuno ispraviti ako počneš na vrijeme. Uvijek je najbolje savjetovati se s liječnikom, i to ti preporučujemo, ali na internetu se mogu pronaći odlični treninzi i vježbe kako možeš popraviti držanje. Naravno, uvijek prvo provjeri je li osoba koja snima trening legitimna i ima li potrebno znanje.</p>

<p>Sudeći po izjavama nekih dermatologa, svakodnevno tuširanje bismo trebali izbjegavati radi posljedičnog isušivanja kože, a i zadržavamo prirodna ulja na koži. Zaključuju da je dovoljno tuširati se tri puta tjedno i to radi sprječavanja neugodnih mirisa i infekcija.</p>
<h4>Sačuvaj kožu</h4>
<p>Međutim, ako se znojiš, u okruženju imaš dosta nečistoća i baviš se sportom, onda je preporučeno tuširati se svaki dan. Ako se tuširaš svaki dan kada je to najbolji izbor za higijenu i normalno funkcioniranje u društvu, koristi losione i kreme za kožu. Tako se možeš tuširati svaki dan, mirisati lijepo i sačuvati kožu zdravom.</p>
<h4>Kada pripaziti s korištenjem preparata?</h4>
<p>Ako imaš vidljiva oštećenja na koži koristi masti za zacjeljivanje (u savjetu s liječnikom). Razlog je što losioni i kreme za kožu sadrže određene konzervanse koji mogu izazvati alergijske reakcije na oštećenoj koži. U slučaju veće suhoće kože u pravilu bolji efekt daju kreme ili čak maslaci za tijelo. Losioni su preporučeni samo kod tipa normalne kože pošto su tečniji i sadrže više vode, a manje ulja.</p>
<p>Koža je najveći organ našeg tijela i njeno održavanje je bitno daleko više od estetske funkcije ili samo zbog sprječavanja neželjenog mirisa. Kao što smo vidjeli, svakodnevno tuširanje (kada nije nužno) može škoditi zdravlju kože. Hidratizirajte kožu osim izvana i iznutra, a posebno <a href="https://popweb.hr/kako-sacuvati-kozu-zimi/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">zimi</a>, kada hladan i suh zrak pojačava isušivanje.</p>
<h4>Koža ruku</h4>
<p>Dio naše kože za koji ne možemo (niti ne želimo) izbjeći redovito pranje su ruke. Osim pranja, kožu ruku dodatno oštećuju agresivni deterdženti, vruć ili hladan, suhi zrak. Tu je posebno bitno izabrati adekvatnu kremu. Poželjno je izbjegavati petrokemijske sirovine u sastavu kao što su vazelin, parafin, mineralna ulja i rafinirana biljna ulja. S neadekvatnim proizvodima ruke mogu postajati i suše što ih više mažemo ako u sastavu imaju petrokemijske sirovine.</p>

Bolje percipiramo i uvažavamo osobe koje imaju bijeli osmijeh, i u poslovnim odnosima i u prvim društvenim kontaktima. Materijal koji se uglavnom koristi za izbjeljivanje je karbamid peroksid, a jedna od novijih tehnologija je primjena CO2 lasera.</p>
<h4>Ali, što kada izbjeljivanje zuba postane ovisnost?</h4>
<p>Navedena ovisnost pod nazivom <strong>Bleachorexija</strong> proširila se i kod nas, a započela je američkom fiksacijom bijelim osmijehom. Istraživanja u SAD-u su pokazala da je oko 40% stomatologa zabrinuto da učestalim izbjeljivanjem čine štetu svojim pacijentima, a ne ono što im je primarno, osiguravaju im dentalno zdravlje.</p>
<p>Izbjeljivanje zuba će ostati jedan od najčešćih zahvata u stomatologiji, ali sami moramo to držati pod kontrolom. Brojni preparati su dostupni i za kućno izbjeljivanje (&#8220;home bleaching&#8221;), ali i u tom slučaju pametno je prvo kod stomatologa uzeti anamnezu, pregledati stanje i postaviti dijagnozu za odluku daljnjeg plana terapije. Sama dijagnoza vam može pomoći i kod izbora načina izbjeljivanja, ali i educirati vas koliko učestalo možete koristiti terapiju bez oštećivanja cakline ili usne šupljine. Naravno, najsigurnije je u potpunosti prepustiti izbjeljivanje stomatolozima, ali to nije svima dostupno s obzirom na cijenu tih usluga. Na koji god način izbijelili svoje zube nastojte ih što duže zadržati bijelima. Pomaže izbjegavanje kave, čaja, konzumacije &#8220;obojene&#8221; hrane i pića, smanjivanje unosa šećera i dodavanje kalcija u prehranu i svakako ga ne provodite više od dvaput godišnje.</p>
<p>Za manje razlike u nijansama možete koristiti i načine prirodnog izbjeljivanja. Najpoznatiji načini su izbjeljivanje sodom bikarbonom, kurkumom ili aktivnim ugljenom na bazi kokosovih ljuskica. Navodno i kiselina tj. enzimi koji se nalaze u jagodama i ananasu mogu pomoći. Vrlo korisni narodni lijek je metoda izvlačenja uljem. Bilo koje ulje u tom slučaju (suncokret, sezam) možete koristiti, ali zbog ugodnog okusa preporuka je kokosovo ulje. Metoda je jako jednostavna, jednu žlicu tekućeg kokosovog ulja mućkajte između zubi i jezika cca 15 minuta, dok mućkanjem ne postane slično mlijeku. Ispljunite ga u zahod ili kantu za smeće jer kokos ulje brzo vraća svoj čvrsti oblik te vam može prouzročiti začepljenje u odvodnim cijevima lavaboa.</p>
<p>I za kraj, ako želite imati bjelije zube, najbolje je da se konzultirate sa svojim stomatologom i ugovorite pregled kako biste ga mogli pitati sve što vas zanima te nakon izbjeljivanja da samodisciplinom i redovitim održavanjem što duže zadržite željenu nijansu.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Neizvjesnost u osnovi je prilično zastrašujuća emocija. Povezana je s nedostatkom kontrole nad događajima, pojačava osjećaj tjeskobe i nesigurnosti. Neki se s ovom emocijom bolje nose, neki slabije, a mali dio čak i uživa u adrenalinu koji izaziva osjećaj događanja njima nepoznatog. U skoroj prošlosti naišli smo na više događaja koji su snažno budili ovu emociju, prvi covid lockdown, zatim potresi i iz prve ruke ste osjetili vrtlog emocija straha i tjeskobe i kako je djelovao na vaš um i tijelo.</p>
<p>Poteškoće u nošenju s neizvjesnošću povezane su s brojnim pitanjima mentalnoga zdravlja gdje smo previše fokusirani na činjenicu da svaka naša zona sigurnosti može u trenutku biti izbrisana. U našem živčanom sustavu strah od nepoznatog najčešće izaziva stres i otpor (&#8220;bori se ili bježi&#8221;), djeluje i fiziološki ubrzavanjem pulsa, povišenjem temperature tijela.</p>
<h4>Strah od gubitka kontrole</h4>
<p>Na vama je da nađete načina pomiriti se s ovom emocijom ili možda čak i iskoristiti ju. Najveća znanstvena postignuća temeljena su na otkrivanju nepoznatog, bez povremenog ulaska u neizvjesnost ne možemo se razvijati i napredovati.</p>
<p>Nitko ne može imati apsolutnu kontrolu nad svojim životom, ali moguće je učiti sebe biti opušten, ali istovremeno i budan, spreman na  neočekivane promjene. Ako ipak budete enormno uzrujani kod naglog, neočekivanog, pribjegnite treningu uma. Oslonite se na stvari koje su vam i dalje poznate, služite se vlastitom intuicijom, opustite se odmorom, a ako želite potražite sigurnost i u duhovnosti.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Alkohol je supstanca koja je dobrim dijelom postala dio kulture. Nije strano na društvenim okupljanjima popiti koju čašicu alkohola, štoviše, to se nekada i potiče. Međutim, to što je konzumacija alkohola prihvaćena, ne znači da je sigurna.</p>
<h4>Posljedice</h4>
<p>Jedna od posljedica konzumacije alkohola je odmah jasno vidljiva, a to je pad kognitivnih funkcija. Tako se narušava sposobnost prosuđivanja, pamćenja i koordinacije, a nisu izuzete ni nagle promjene raspoloženja. Uz to, alkohol pospješuje dehidraciju tijela i može uzrokovati vrtoglavicu i mučninu.</p>
<p>Ako se alkohol konzumira duže vrijeme, na posljetku može uzrokovati rak, bolesti jetre i ostalih organa te značajno oslabiti imunitet. Ako se alkohol konzumira svjesno i odgovorno, mogu se spriječiti razne bolesti i nesreće, stoga treba uživati odgovorno.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dolazi to vrijeme. Pune se teretane, započinju se dijete, život se okreće naglavačke na puna dva tjedna, koliko obično traje euforija oko takvih odluka. Ako ne želiš i ti biti među onima koji odustaju, pokušaj pratiti sljedeće savjete.</p>
<p>Početak godine zna biti entuzijastično razdoblje. Ali ne trebaju biti takve i odluke, nekad je čak dobro i da si postaviš odluku koja ti se tada čini lako dostižnom i „ništa posebno“. Na primjer, odredi si da ćeš tjedno tri puta imati trening. Da, privlačna je ideja isklesanog tijela, savršene dijete i šest dana tjedno u teretani, ali takav nagli skok rijetko bude održiv.</p>
<h4>Zapiši svoje odluke</h4>
<p>Kada zapišeš (da, zapišeš) odluke, prati svoj napredak. Lako je izgubiti pravu sliku napretka i malih detalja, kada se gledaš svaki dan u ogledalo. Ruke, leđa, prsa, ramena, sve se to nekako izgradi s vremenom, ali noge kod većine ostaju bolna točka. U nastavku pročitaj par razloga zašto je tome tako i vidi prepoznaješ li sebe u jednom od primjera.</p>
<p>Krenut ćemo od poznatog <em>razloga</em> zašto noge ne rastu, a to je genetika. Dobra stara boljka, koju često čujemo kao glavni razlog zašto noge ne rastu. Da, genetika utječe na razvoj, ali prije nego što sve pripišemo genetici, idemo probati riješiti i ostale stvari koje bi mogle utjecati.</p>
<p>Kako bi noge rasle potrebno ih je trenirati više puta tjedno. Ako se pokazuje da treniranje nogu jednom tjedno nije dovoljno, onda moraš uvesti barem još jedan trening. Može biti korisno i da rasporediš mišiće nogu po treninzima, da se možeš bolje fokusirati na svaku skupinu.</p>
<p>Slična formula dolazi u obliku povećavanja intenziteta. Radi više ponavljanja, fokusiraj se na volumen (što može značiti vježbanje s manjom kilažom) i pazi na formu. Noge su stvorene da izdrže puno toga, zato ih moramo trenirati jače od nekih drugih skupina mišića.</p>
<p>Kod intenzivnog treninga, tijelo gubi kalorije. Ako želiš rasti, moraš biti u kalorijskom suficitu. Drugim riječima, moraš unositi više kalorija, nego što ih tvoje tijelo troši. Naravno, to ne znači da se prejedaš, nego pratiš unos kalorija.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pločice, koje se često gledaju kao najpoželjniji mišić na tijelu, predstavljaju vrhunac tjelesne spreme i mnogima su privlačne. Ipak, ne mogu ih svi imati. Mišić (da, samo je jedan) koji nam daje &#8220;pločice&#8221; je <em>rectus abdominis, </em>i on je pozicioniran centralno na našem torzu. Iako se radi samo o jednom mišiću, dojam da ih je više dobivamo zbog tetiva koje se protežu preko mišića.</p>
<p>Upravo zato što te tetive definiraju izgled i broj pločica, možemo vidjeti po četiri, šest i osam pločica. Neki ljudi mogu imati čak i 10 pločica. Dakle, očito je da genetika ima ključnu ulogu kada je riječ o pločicama. Većina ljudi ima tri presjeka, što znači da mogu imati šest pločica. Broj pločica ne ovisi o snazi, tako da bez obzira koliko vježbaš, nećeš moći dobiti više pločica nego što ti je genetski predodređeno. Stoga, broj pločica možemo gledati kao čisto estetsku značajku.</p>
<p>Genetika određuje koliko pločica možemo imati, ali ti s treningom i prehranom određuješ hoće li biti vidljive. Prehrana ima ogromnu ulogu u dobivanju pločica. Prehrana mora biti uravnotežena, moraš konzumirati dovoljno vode i ne pretjerivati s alkoholom. Bitno je da imaš dovoljno nisku razinu masti u tijelu, ali nije pametno do toga doći izbacivanjem ugljikohidrata i izgladnjivanjem. Dolazak do pločica je maraton, a ne sprint.</p>
<p>Ravnoteža je potrebna i kada je riječ o treningu. Pretjeranim treniranjem, treniranjem isključivo pločica, i ne treniranjem, teško ćeš dobiti pločice. Preporučuje se treniranje pločica 2-3 puta tjedno, uz treniranje ostalih mišića. Također, ako treniraš ostale trbušne mišiće, puno bolje će izgledati pločice. Bitno je da samo ustraješ u treningu i prehrani i ako imaš genetske predispozicije, izgradit ćeš pločice.</p>

<p id="block-60498245-859a-48dd-9359-c61c2afcc396">Užurban tempo života, manjak slobodnog vremena i nezdrava prehrana neki su od razloga gomilanja viška kilograma. Lako ih je nakupiti, no prilikom skidanja ipak treba uložiti znatno veći napor. Zato smo ti pripremili 12 savjeta pomoću kojih ćeš dostići pozitivne rezultate, ali se i osjećati mnogo bolje!</p>



<p id="block-b764be57-8375-448d-bfea-5f7d63e4c7f4">1. <strong>Nemoj preskakati doručak</strong><br />Preskakanje doručka neće ti pomoći izgubiti kilograme. Postoji mogućnost da ne uneseš dovoljnu količinu potrebnih nutrijenata i kroz dan uneseš razne nezdrave namirnice zbog osjećaja gladi.</p>



<p>2. <strong>Jedi redovite obroke</strong><br />Konzumiranje redovitih obroka kroz dan pomaže u ubrzanom gubljenju kilograma. Također, smanjuje želju za konzumacijom nezdrave hrane poput grickalica ili proizvoda punih šećera.</p>

<p>3. <strong>Jedi mnogo voća i povrća</strong><br />Voće i povrće nisko je kalorično, a bogato vlaknima. Sadrže obilje vitamina i minerala te tako kroje 3 osnovna sastojka za uspješno mršavljenje.</p>



<p>4. <strong>Budi aktivniji</strong><br />Uz pozitivne zdravstvene promjene, redovita vježba pomaže nam sagorjeti nakupljene kalorije u količini koju ne možemo izgubiti sjedenjem.</p>



<p>5. <strong>Unosi puno vode</strong><br />Dovoljna količina vode osigurava da uz manju količinu unesene hrane osjetiš sitost.</p>

<p id="block-c48d0a6c-9c5a-4473-b498-987917c88aa7">6. <strong>Jedi hranu bogatu vlaknima</strong><br />Hrana bogata vlaknima pomoći će vam da osjećate sitost kroz dulje razdoblje, što je pogodno za gubitak kilograma. Konzumirajte namirnice poput voća i povrća, zobi, integralnog kruga, smeđe riže i tjestenine te graha, graška i leće!</p>



<p id="block-2dfd9ade-0012-4189-bbdc-3d1524e1581a">7. <strong>Čitaj sastav hrane na etiketi</strong><br />Učenjem kako pročitati sastav hrane, možemo odabirati zdraviju hranu prilikom izbora u trgovini. Koristeći broj kalorija unutar pojedinog proizvoda, možemo kreirati prehranu uz kalorije koje će nam biti dostatne za izgubiti kilograme.</p>



<p>8. <strong>Koristi manji tanjur</strong><br />Odabirom manjeg tanjura, također ćemo i jesti manje. Manji tanjur omogućit će nam izgled punog tanjura uz manju porciju, a kroz određeno razdolje uspješno ćeš se na njih i naviknuti. Čak 20 minuta potrebno je mozgu da procesuira kako smo unijeli količinu hrane koja nam je potrebna, iz tog razloga jedi sporije i pokušaj prestati jesti prije nego što osjetiš sitost.</p>

<p>9. <strong>Ne zabranjuj si hranu</strong><br />Zabranom određene vrste hrane, posebice onu koju voliš, još jače ćeš se mučiti i uzimati pozitivnu energiju. Kriška pizze može biti i poželjna sve dok se radi o količini hrane čiju kalorijsku vrijednost možeš potrošiti kroz dan. <p>10. <strong>Ne gomilaj nezdravu hranu</strong><br />Da izbjegneš preveliku želju za nezdravom hranom, nemoj kod kuće gomilati zalihe takve hrane. Umjesto čipseva, čokolade, keksa, kolača i gaziranih pića odaberi zdraviji izbor poput orašastih plodova, nezaslađenih kokica i zobenih kolača.</p>

<p id="block-a46e6563-b846-4f29-886d-21be29d4b0db">11. <strong>Ne konzumiraj alkohol</strong><br />Čaša vina može sadržavati više kalorija od čokolade. S vremenom, česta konzumacija alkohola lako će pridonijeti sakupljanju viška kilograma.</p>



<p id="block-bb363231-df68-41bd-8743-096001ec56c5">12.  <strong>Planiraj vlastite obroke</strong><br />Pokušaj unaprijed isplanirati svoj doručak, ručak, večeru i dnevne međuobroke. Na taj način možeš kreirati popis potrebnih namirnica za taj tjedan, ali i isplanirati broj unesenih dnevnih kalorija.</p>
